Muskan Shafat

Muskan founded Frontier Labs around one conviction: the science of turning raw data into the decisions that scale companies is one of the most underutilised advantages available to startups. Most teams have more data than clarity. Frontier Labs fixes that.

She's spent her career as a Data Scientist at TikTok, at Labcorp, and across several startups, with a knack for turning data into actionable strategies that create measurable value at scale — from building pipelines that surface the right metrics to building the investor narratives that make those metrics land.

Muskan has always been an avid reader and a writer. Her research on AI, technology, and society is published on Substack. She studied at Stanford, Oxford, and LSE, and holds a UK Global Talent Visa in Data Science.
